PeTrack (“Uygulama”), evcil hayvan sahiplerinin evcil hayvanlarını takip etmelerine, bilgilerini yönetmelerine ve topluluk içinde paylaşım yapmalarına yardımcı olmak amacıyla geliştirilmiştir. Kullanıcı gizliliği bizim için önemlidir. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, hangi verileri topladığımızı, nasıl kullandığımızı ve nasıl koruduğumuzu açıklar.

1. Toplanan Bilgiler

PeTrack aşağıdaki bilgileri toplayabilir:

a) Kullanıcı Tarafından Sağlanan Bilgiler

  • E-posta adresi

  • Kullanıcı hesabı bilgileri

  • Evcil hayvan bilgileri (isim, tür, doğum tarihi, fotoğraf vb.)

  • Topluluk paylaşımları ve içerikleri

b) Otomatik Olarak Toplanan Bilgiler

  • Cihaz bilgileri (cihaz türü, işletim sistemi)

  • Uygulama kullanım verileri

  • Hata ve performans verileri

c) Konum Bilgileri

  • Konum verileri yalnızca kullanıcının açık izniyle

  • Sadece aşağıdaki durumlarda kullanılır:

    • Kaybolma bildirimi oluşturulduğunda

    • Harita özellikleri kullanıldığında

📌 PeTrack arka planda sürekli konum takibi yapmaz.

2. Bilgilerin Kullanım Amacı

Toplanan bilgiler aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanılır:

  • Hesap oluşturma ve yönetme

  • Evcil hayvan profili oluşturma

  • Kaybolma durumunda konum gösterimi

  • Bildirim gönderimi (kaybolma, aşı/ilaç hatırlatmaları)

  • Topluluk özelliklerinin sağlanması

  • Uygulama performansının iyileştirilmesi

3. Verilerin Paylaşımı

PeTrack:

  • ❌ Kişisel verileri satmaz

  • ❌ Reklam şirketleriyle paylaşmaz

  • ❌ İzinsiz üçüncü taraflara aktarmaz

Veriler yalnızca:

  • Yasal yükümlülükler

  • Hizmetin teknik olarak çalışması (sunucu, altyapı hizmetleri)

kapsamında işlenir.

4. Veri Güvenliği

Kullanıcı verileri:

  • Güvenli sunucularda saklanır

  • Yetkisiz erişime karşı korunur

  • Güncel güvenlik önlemleri ile işlenir

5. Veri Saklama Süresi

Veriler:

  • Hesap aktif olduğu sürece saklanır

  • Kullanıcı hesabını sildiğinde kalıcı olarak silinir

6. Kullanıcı Hakları

Kullanıcılar:

  • Kişisel verilerine erişebilir

  • Verilerinin düzeltilmesini isteyebilir

  • Hesabını ve tüm verilerini silebilir

📌 Hesap silme işlemi uygulama içinden yapılabilir.

7. Çocukların Gizliliği

PeTrack, 13 yaş altı kullanıcılar için tasarlanmamıştır. Bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplanmaz.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler uygulama içinde veya web sitesi üzerinden duyurulur.

PeTrack (“the App”) is designed to help pet owners manage, track, and share information about their pets. We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

  • Pet information (name, type, date of birth, photos)

  • Community posts and shared content

b) Automatically Collected Information

  • Device information (device type, operating system)

  • App usage data

  • Crash and performance logs

c) Location Information

  • Location data is collected only with user consent

  • Used only when:

    • Creating a lost pet alert

    • Using map-related features

📌 PeTrack does not track location continuously in the background.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Create and manage user accounts

  • Provide pet profiles

  • Display last known location in lost pet cases

  • Send notifications (lost alerts, vaccination reminders)

  • Enable community features

  • Improve app performance and reliability

3. Data Sharing

PeTrack:

Data may only be processed for:

  • Data is stored while the account is active

  • All data is permanently deleted when the user deletes their account

6. User Rights

Users have the right to:

  • Access their personal data

  • Request corrections

  • Delete their account and all associated data

📌 Account deletion is available within the app.

7. Children’s Privacy

PeTrack is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be communicated via the app or website.
